Send Images, Videos, and Media to WhatsApp Groups in Bulk

Group messaging in WASBOT just got a major upgrade. You can now send images, videos, and music files to multiple WhatsApp groups at once — directly from the dashboard. No more forwarding media manually to each group one by one.
What's New
Previously, group messaging in WASBOT was text-only from the dashboard (media required WhatsApp commands). Now you can:
- Upload images and send them to selected groups with captions
- Upload videos with optional captions
- Send audio files as music — perfect for promotions with background tracks
- Tag all members when sending media to admin groups (@all mentions + media)
- Mix and match — different media types across different sends
How It Works
Admin Groups — Tagged Media
When you're on the Admin Groups tab, media sends include @all member tagging. Every group member gets a notification.
- Go to the Groups page
- Stay on the Admin Groups tab (default)
- Select the groups you want to send to
- Click Upload Media and choose your file
- Add an optional caption (up to 2,000 characters)
- Choose your send mode: Image, Video, or Music
- Click Send Tagged Media to X Groups
The "tagged" prefix means every member in those groups gets mentioned — they'll all see a notification. This is ideal for announcements, product launches, and time-sensitive content.
All Groups — Regular Media
Switch to the All Groups tab to send media without @all tagging. Same upload flow, but the button says Send Media to X Groups instead. Members receive the media as a regular group message.
Use this for:
- Sharing content in groups where you're not admin
- Sending media without triggering notifications for every member
- Regular group updates that don't need urgency
Supported Media Types

Music files are sent as audio messages — they play inline in the group chat. Great for promotional jingles, podcast clips, or background music for events.
Daily Limits
Group media sends count toward the same daily limits as text messages:

Each group you send to counts as one message against your daily allowance. Sending an image to 10 groups uses 10 of your daily limit.
Tips for Effective Group Media
- Keep captions short — group members scroll fast. Lead with the key info.
- Use images for product launches — a good product photo with a one-line caption converts better than a wall of text.
- Send videos for tutorials — quick how-to clips get higher engagement in groups.
- Use music for event promotion — an audio teaser builds anticipation.
- Tag sparingly — reserve tagged sends for genuinely important announcements. Overuse leads to members muting the group.
