What Are Collections?

Collections are custom folders for your WhatsApp groups. You create a collection, add groups to it, and then select the entire collection with one click when sending messages.

Think of them like playlists for your WhatsApp groups. "Lagos Vendors", "Promo Groups", "VIP Clients" — whatever makes sense for your workflow.

How to Create a Collection

Step 1: Open the Collections Panel

On the Groups page, look for the Collections section above your group list. Click the chevron to expand it, then click the + button.

Step 2: Name Your Collection

Give it a clear name that tells you what's inside. "Monday Promos", "Tech Groups Lagos", "Client Updates" — keep it descriptive.

Step 3: Select Groups

Search through your synced groups and check the ones you want in this collection. You can search by name to find groups quickly.

Step 4: Save

Click Create and your collection is ready. It appears in the Collections panel with a group count.

Using Collections to Send Messages

Expand the Collections panel on the Groups page
Click on a collection — all its groups get selected automatically
Type your message (or attach media)
Hit Send — message goes to every group in the collection

The collection stays highlighted so you can see which one is active. Click it again to deselect.

Managing Collections

Edit a Collection

Click the pencil icon on any collection to:

Rename it
Add or remove groups
Update the slug (URL-friendly identifier)

Delete a Collection

Click the trash icon to delete a collection. This only removes the folder — your actual WhatsApp groups are untouched.

Tips for Organizing Collections

By campaign: "Flash Sale March", "Product Launch Week 2"
By region: "Lagos Groups", "Abuja Groups", "PH Groups"
By type: "Vendor Groups", "Customer Groups", "Admin Groups"
By frequency: "Daily Blast", "Weekly Updates", "Monthly Newsletter"

A group can appear in multiple collections. Your "VIP Clients" group can be in both "Daily Blast" and "Lagos Groups".

Requirements

Collections are available on all paid plans
You need to Sync Groups first before creating collections
Groups must be loaded for the current session
