Manage Multiple WhatsApp Numbers from One Dashboard

If you run multiple WhatsApp numbers — for different brands, personal vs. business, or separate WhatsApp TVs — managing them means juggling multiple phones. WASBOT's Pro plan lets you connect up to 3 WhatsApp numbers from a single dashboard, each running independently in the cloud.
How Multi-Session Works
On WASBOT's Pro plan, your dashboard shows 3 session slots. Each slot can connect to a different WhatsApp number — regular WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business, in any combination.
Each session is completely independent:
- Separate contacts — auto-save, imports, and Google account links are per-session
- Separate groups — each session shows only its own WhatsApp groups
- Separate status settings — different fonts, colors, and presets per session
- Separate daily limits — each session tracks its own usage independently
- Separate DND settings — block calls on one number, allow them on another
Sessions are named automatically by their linked phone number, so you can tell them apart at a glance.
Setting Up Multiple Sessions
- Upgrade to the Pro plan (or Enterprise)
- Go to your Dashboard — you'll see 3 session slots
- Click "Initialize Session" on each slot
- Link each slot to a different WhatsApp number (QR code or pairing code)
Each session creates its own cloud server. They run simultaneously and independently — posting status on Session 1 doesn't affect Session 2.
Independent Google Accounts
Pro plan users get 3 Google account links (one per session). This means each WhatsApp number can auto-save contacts to a different Google account:
- Session 1 (Personal WhatsApp) → saves to your personal Gmail
- Session 2 (Business WhatsApp) → saves to your business Google account
- Session 3 (WhatsApp TV) → saves to a dedicated TV account
Contact configs (naming format, suffix) are also per-session, so saved contacts are organized however you want for each number.

If you're on a single-session plan, you'll see one active slot and the others locked with an "Upgrade" prompt.
