Cross-posting lets you link multiple WhatsApp sessions together so that when you post a status on one session, the same status automatically goes out on all linked sessions. Text statuses, images, and videos — everything gets cross-posted.

How to Set Up Cross-Posting
Step 1: Connect Your Sessions
Make sure all your WhatsApp numbers are connected as separate sessions in WASBOT. Each session gets its own slot in your dashboard.
Step 2: Configure Cross-Post Targets
- Go to the Status tab in your dashboard
- Select the session you want to post from (your "primary" session)
- Open the Cross-Post Targets section
- Toggle on cross-posting
- Select which other sessions should receive the same status
You can configure cross-posting in any direction — Session 1 can cross-post to Sessions 2 and 3, and Session 2 can independently cross-post to Session 1. Each session has its own target list.
Step 3: Post as Normal
Once configured, just post your status as you normally would — from the dashboard or via WhatsApp commands. WASBOT handles the fan-out automatically.
What Gets Cross-Posted?
Everything:
- Text statuses — with your chosen font and background color
- Image statuses — full quality, with optional caption
- Video statuses — uploaded once, delivered to all sessions
The cross-posted status is identical across all sessions. Same content, same styling, same quality.
How It Works Under the Hood
When you post a status on your primary session:
- WASBOT delivers the status to your primary session's contacts first
- Once confirmed, it fans out the same content to each cross-post target
- Each target session posts the status to its own contact list independently
- You get delivery confirmation for each session
The fan-out happens in parallel — all target sessions receive the content within seconds of each other. There's no noticeable delay between sessions.
